The documentary is a journey through the artistic experimentation of Agostino Bonalumi, whose story proceeds in parallel with the Italian economic miracle of the sixties; technological evolution and the discovery of new mass consumption materials (plastics, rubber, metals) that have become part of domestic use; the Milan of Brera, Lucio Fontana and Piero Manzoni that had as a meeting point the legendary Jamaica bar; the popular success of the Triennale and the encroachment of painting in architecture, design, sculpture and theater; the adventure of Italian artists in New York and the relationship with European and US experimentation.
